If you are experiencing any difficulties with creating links, logging in, general account settings, etc., we recommend performing a quick troubleshoot:

  1. Log out
  2. Clear your cookies/hard close the app
  3. Log back in

This will allow for a synch. Additionally, please ensure you have the most up-to-date version of our app.

If you are still experiencing trouble, please create a ticket with our support team.

  • Platform you are using (i.e. desktop, extension, app)
  • When the experience began
  • Details as to what you are experiencing
  • If possible and applicable, screenshots of error messages you are seeing.
