Screen shots are a great way for our team to better understand what you need assistance within each inquiry. As a result, we are able to troubleshoot much quicker. In order to be able to send us a screenshot, please use the steps mentioned below:
Computer (desktop or laptop):

iPhone:
- Press the side button and the volume up button at the same time.
- Quickly release both buttons.
- After you take a screenshot, a thumbnail temporarily appears in the lower-left corner of your screen. Tap the thumbnail to open it or swipe left to dismiss it.
Android:
There are many different kinds of Androids so it is important to first identify the make/model of your cell phone.
The most common way to take a screenshot is:
- Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons simultaneously.
- Quickly release both buttons.
