The decision to remove an account from our platform is not made easily. Our team was careful in this decision and reviewed all information submitted in order to determine if you are compliant.
If your account was removed it means substantial evidence was found that you violated our terms and conditions. The decision to remove an account from the Mavely platform is final, and you will not be paid any pending commission earnings nor can you appeal this decision.
- Your email, name, last name, and payment profile do not match.
- You do not own the images on your profile and pictures used for posts.
- We cannot track the referral traffic to your commissionable sales.
- Your social handles are not linked to the correct platforms.
- You are engaging in deceptive practices including false or purposely misleading statements to the Mavely Compliance Team.
- You are bidding on Trademark Terms from any brand on any search engine.
- You are not posting Mavely links in line with our brands T&C's, the Mavely T&C's, as well as the FTC Guidelines.
Decisions made by the Mavely Compliance team are final and at their sole discretion.
