As of May 1 2024, creators receive their payouts via the option that works best for them. Enroll in the new system on your Mavely Account tab.

How many steps does it take to enroll?
There are three steps to enroll in the payment system :

How do I know which tax forms to fill out?
If you aren’t sure which tax form to fill out, click the “tax form questionnaire” button on the same screen where you’re prompted to “Select Your Tax Form.” In many cases, a U.S.-based creator will fill out a W9 tax form, and creators based outside the U.S. will fill out a W8 tax form.
What if I want to change how I’m being paid after I've enrolled?
Visit your Account tab on Mavely . Here, you are able to update your preferred payment method, as well as any contact and tax information you’ve previously submitted. These changes may take up to 48 hours to be reflected.
When will I be paid?
As long as you’ve enrolled in the new payment system, you will be paid biweekly as usual. View the payout schedule here.
Regardless of the payment method you select, Mavely will process your payout in accordance with the payout schedule. However, your selected payment method may impact when you receive payment. You will typically receive Wire Transfers on the same day your payment is processed. You may receive ACH payments one business day after your payment is processed. International payments may vary.
Will I be charged a fee to receive payments?
Domestic ACH and domestic PayPal will remain free of charge for creators. Any wires or international payments may result in a fee that is displayed upon sign up.
Can I continue to be paid via PayPal?
With our new system, if PayPal is supported in your country, you will be able to continue to utilize PayPal. PayPal is still a payment option. Regardless of the payout option you elect, you are still required to complete onboarding.
