      LinkDM

      As a Mavely creator, unlock a special LinkDM Mavely Pro plan to automatically direct message anyone who comments on your Instagram content – Reels, Posts, Ads, Inbox, Live, or Stories – making it easier to share your shoppable links, increase purchases, and boost your commission.

      The LinkDM Mavely Pro plan is free to verified Mavely creators and intended to be used primarily for Mavely activity. It includes:

      • 200,000 direct messages per month
      • Ability to unlock 200 past posts
      • Access to all current and upcoming LinkDM Pro features 

      If you have not yet received a payout from Mavely, LinkDM may not be available to you.

      Requirements:

      • Your Instagram account must be set to either a Creator or Business account type.
      • You must have a Facebook page. A personal Facebook account is not sufficient.
      • You must have full admin access to both your Facebook page and Instagram account.
      • Your Instagram account must be connected to your Facebook page. See LinkDM’s How to Attach Your Instagram Account to a Facebook Page.
      • You must have a verified Mavely account in good standing.
      • Mavely has the right to downgrade your LinkDM account to the LinkDM Free plan due to inactivity or misuse. 

       

      Already a LinkDM user? 

      If you are currently a free or paid LinkDM user and would like to switch to the LinkDM Mavely Pro Plan for added benefits, claim your access here: https://www.linkdm.com/forms/mavely. After submitting the form, your account will be transitioned to Mavely’s free LinkDM plan within 1 business day. 

       

      Activate LinkDM

      To activate the LinkDM Mavely Pro Plan, follow these steps:

      1. Go to My Account > Integrations.
      2. Click Connect LinkDM Account.

       

       

      1. Complete the form.

      Your Mavely UserID will automatically populate for you.

      1. Follow the steps to attach your Instagram account via your Facebook account and page, click Save.
      2. Your LinkDM dashboard will load your recent posts.



      Using LinkDM

      Once you’ve activated LinkDM in your Mavely account, simply login to LinkDM to manage automated direct messaging for comments on your Instagram posts. You can choose the content you want to activate, easily compose personalized messages, add your shoppable links, and set triggers to start driving more engagement and sales automatically.
