We review all sign-ups within 24-72 hours, with an extra day allowed for U.S. Federal Holidays. Upon review by the Compliance team, your account will either be verified, you will be asked for additional information, or your account will be removed.
If your account is put on hold, you will automatically receive instructions via email with the instructions needed to verify your Mavely account. You must respond directly within that email thread. If our compliance team does not receive a response within 3 weeks, your account will be removed and marked as unverifiable.
*Please note, that the Compliance team responds to emails in chronological order (oldest email to newest email). Sending multiple emails will not speed up the process, but rather delay it. If our team receives repeated emails, this will be considered harassment and your account may be removed or moved to the back of the queue.
