Once your account is put on hold our team will send you instructions via email.
- You will have to answer the questions in the email.
- If our compliance team does not receive a response within 90 days, your account will be removed.
We review all sign-ups within 24 hours. Upon review we will either approve your account, ask for additional information, or remove your account.
The reviewal process can take up to 5 business days after receiving your information. If there is missing information, your account will remain on hold and the process will be delayed.
*Please note, our team responds to emails in a chronological order (oldest email to newest email). Sending multiple emails will not speed up the process, but rather delay it. If our team receives repeated emails, this will be considered harassment and your account will be removed.
